Investment in staff
We understand and advocate for staff to be given the training and support they need in order to reach their maximum potential in their roles, no matter what their job title is.
We provide a range of mandatory and non-mandatory training that can be accessed across a wide range of platforms. This can be classroom based and online portals, allowing greater flexibility for staff to learn and develop.
We work with a number of external training providers and consultants in order to deliver the best training for our staff and their teams. We also include the people we support to enable training to be person centred and individual to their needs.
Additional learning and development
We actively welcome and encourage staff to take on additional learning and training, which can be worked around their normal hours and potentially with study days if required.
Succession Planning
We celebrate the skills of all our staff and work with those that wish to move on or up in building on their skills and developing new ones in order for them to achieve their career progression.
